Don’t get too excited about the latest designs by Isaac Mizrahi and Michael Graves. They’re for pets, not people. Target has unleashed a fabulous line of fashions for four-legged friends, featuring both outfits and accessories. Mizrahi’s canine couture collection includes a terrific tan trench, a cute canvas carrier and a fetching black heel – made of vinyl, of course. Graves has designed a deluxe doghouse with coordinating canopy and a pretty paw print jacket in teal. And that’s not all. There’s a rhinestone-rich Glamour Collection with a plush pink coat and darling pearl necklace; an all-weather Sporty Collection, complete with goggles, reflective boots and hooded raincoat; a smart Classic Collection with corduroy jacket and cable knit sweater; and a sumptuous Luxe Collection with an animal print fur, bed and bowl. Don’t forget the studded leather collar. All of the items are nicely priced, so they won’t “bite into anyone’s budget.” Sizes range from dachshund to doberman.
